In this post i will show how to make an ISO Image file From CD/DVD using PowerISO Software. PowerISO is one of the most used software for CD/DVD purpose. PowerISO is available for 3 Different Platforms including Windows, Linux and Mac OSX. PowerISO is free utility for MacOSX and Linux versions. Using Power-ISO we can burn ISO files and it can be used to make a virtual Disk Drive with designated number of drives at the installation setups.

How to Make ISO File From a CD/DVD by PowerISO ?

# Step 1 :

Take your PowerISO Software (Run it)

# Step 2 :

Click on ''Copy'' from the top Toolbar, Or , click ''Tools --> Make CD/DVD-ROM Image File...''

# Step 3 :

Then one Make CD/DVD-ROM Image File Popup comes out, there you have select the Source Drive (CD/DVD Drive you have to copy) and set the ISO File name (output file name) and click the option ''.iso File'' and click Ok. Done, iso file is creating now.
