Import Bookmarks From Other Browser

What ?

Bookmarking is a feature for Browsers which allows you to save and arrange Uniform Resource Locator (URL) as our need. So we can access it whenever we want with ease. We don't want to remember each webpage that we visit, with this Bookmarking feature it is very easy to arrange Websites by our needs.

We can arrange them by placing it in different lists that we creating.

Today in this post i will help you to import Bookmarks from other Browsers, both on Chrome as well as Firefox.

How to Import Bookmarks ?

• How to import Bookmark from Firefox using Google Chrome

# Step 1 :

Take "Customize and Control Google Chrome" from top right corner of Google Chrome.

There take "Bookmarks -- >  Import and Bookmarks Settings" as in the image below

# Step 2 :

Click "Import bookmarks and settings...". Then you will find Option to import Bookmarks from other Browsers installed on your computer, then you just want to Click "Import",  Thats it you are done importing bookmarks from other browser into Google Chrome. Just see the pic below....

In the pic you can see different browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Toolbar select anyone and click Import you are done :)

Now check your Bookmark Toolbar, there you will find a folder "Imported From Firefox" That's it.. have fun.

• How to import Bookmarks from other Browser in Firefox 

# Step 1 :

Click "Bookmarks -->  Show All Bookmarks" in firefox. Or take Show all Bookmarks option by Shortcut ( Ctrl + Shift + B )

# Step 2 :

You can see now a Bookmark Library showing all your Bookmarks. There you can see one Option "Import And Backup" click that. Please take a look in the below pic, if you have any doubts.

# Step 3 :

Click "Import Data From Another Browser", now you can see one Wizard showing options of which Browser you want to import, click the option you needed, then click next , next done you have Imported bookmarks from Other Browser to Firefox.
