Google is recommending all the users to change the password once in a month to prevent other people hacking into your Google account.
How ?
# Step 1 :
Sign in to your gmail account

Click the "Gear" icon in upper right and click the "Settings"

On the tab menu click "Accounts" tab and Click "Change Password"

You have to type your current password, and type new password twice. that's it you changed your Gmail's password
